SSNC offers a wide range of behavioral health and supportive services designed to help individuals overcome crisis, regain stability, and build a sustainable path forward.
Our Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPSS) provide personalized, one-on-one peer support rooted in shared lived experience. CPSS staff are trained, credentialed, and supervised professionals who offer emotional support, skill-building, goal-setting, and community integration assistance.

SSNC provides crisis intervention and behavioral health stabilization for individuals experiencing mental health crises, suicidal ideation, substance-related emergencies, and acute psychiatric episodes.
Our trained specialists use evidence-based de-escalation techniques, safety planning, and warm hand-offs to ensure individuals receive the appropriate level of care.
We coordinate closely with the 988 Lifeline, hospital systems, and law enforcement when needed.

Stable housing is foundational to recovery. SSNC’s housing navigators provide comprehensive housing assistance and support, ensuring clients are not alone in the process.
We assist with program identification, applications, landlord mediation, advocacy, and long-term navigation.
SSNC works with the TCL Bridge Housing Program, NC CoC partners, and HUD-funded resources to address emergency housing needs and long-term housing stability.

Our case managers serve as central coordinators of each client’s support network. Through comprehensive assessments, individualized service plans, and ongoing coordination, SSNC ensures that every client receives connected, consistent support.
We coordinate services with healthcare providers, housing agencies, legal services, and community organizations to ensure continuity of care.
SSNC manages Medicaid-funded services in compliance with NC GS 122C and CCP 8G standards.

SSNC provides Intensive In-Home (IIH) services focused on helping children and adolescents develop healthy behaviors, emotional regulation, communication skills, and positive family relationships within the home environment.
Our team works directly with children and their families to provide structured interventions, behavioral support, and skill-building strategies that promote long-term success at home, in school, and within the community.
IIH services are designed to strengthen family systems while helping children safely remain in their homes and communities whenever possible.

WRAP® is an evidence-based prevention and wellness process developed by Mary Ellen Copeland. SSNC offers structured WRAP groups and individual sessions to help participants take ownership of their wellness and recovery journey.
Participants learn how to identify personal wellness tools, develop daily maintenance routines, recognize early warning signs, and create detailed crisis plans.
Graduates receive WRAP completion certificates.
